In-Person Mediation

Fresno, Madera, Merced, Mariposa, Tulare and Kings Counties

$3,000.00 for half day / $6,000.00 for full day
If the mediation exceeds the allotted time of 1 hour of preparation and 4 hours of hearing for a half day or 2 hours of preparation and 8 hours of hearing for a full day, then additional fees will be charged at the hourly rate of $600.00 per hour.
Fees are divided evenly among the parties unless we are advised otherwise.

Out of the Above Areas:
Full Day (See Below) $6,000.00
Plus $250.00 per hour travel time, plus actual overnight stay expenses if necessary.

Arbitration

$500.00 scheduling fee – due upon scheduling.
$6,000.00 for arbitration – one full day (8 hours hearing plus 2 hours review); review of submitted documents; and preparation of award. If the arbitration hearing plus review exceeds 10 hours total, then additional fees will be charged at the hourly rate of $600.00 per hour.

Special Master and Discovery Referee

$600.00 per hour plus expenses

*Half Day is defined as 1 hour preparation, 4 hours mediation
*Full day is defined as 2 hour preparation, 8 hours mediation
