In-Person Mediation

Fresno, Madera, Merced, Mariposa, Tulare and Kings Counties

$2,000.00 for half day / $4,000.00 for full day
If the mediation goes exceeds the allotted time (1 hour of preparation and 3 hours of hearing for one half day and 2 hours of preparation and 6 hours of hearing for a full day) then additional fees will be charged at the hourly rate of $500.00 per hour.
Fees are divided evenly among the parties unless we are advised otherwise.

Out of the Above Areas:
Full Day (See Below) $4,000.00
Plus $250.00 per hour travel time, plus actual overnight stay expenses if necessary.

Arbitration

$500.00 scheduling fee – due upon scheduling.
$5,000.00 for arbitration – one full day (8 hours hearing plus 2 hours review); review of submitted documents; and preparation of award. If the arbitration hearing plus review exceeds 10 hours total, then additional fees will be charged at the hourly rate of $500.00 per hour.

Special Master and Discovery Referee

$500.00 per hour plus expenses

*Half Day is defined as 1 hour preparation, 3 hours mediation
*Full day is defined as 1.5 hour preparation, 6.5 hours mediation
